Races will be taking place on June 14th-16th.

Nominations will Close In May i will name a date closer to the event i believe around the first week in May. I want to make sure we have time to figure out the final prep races before we make the selections.
DURACING EVENT
September 7th we will run two qualifying races. Maidens 2 year old Dirt Mile and 2 year old Turf Mile. At this point start thinking about a Breedings. Sometime in July. I will post and limit everyone to one horse. The horses will need to be unraced. I think we can do more than 1 but I will keep it simple for now.

Hello again and welcome to the 2022 Hunger Games...er I mean Equinics nominations.
I will soon be posting the races in the forum like I have in years past and i will post the Deadlines. This year we have the amazing Dixiedotco joining me in ensuring fair selections of the best horse for each race. Heads up more information to follow
EQUINICS 2020

We will be competing in Equinics this August. We don't have an official theme or the official list of races but they are asking for donations. I usually pull 2500 from the Midas credit pool, but I know the prices of those races have gone up so this year I am doing something a bit different. I am asking for donations. Small large etc to be added to the usual 2500. The donations can be anonymous and are completely optional. You can send me a Private message on the MB letting me know what your sending Midas and I will add them to the donation. I plan to send the donation in on May 28th.

THEME
We need to pick a name for our race. Theme is Wonders of the world or great figures in medicine. Please post in the forum under the Post for Race name and then we can vote on it later unless everyone loves the name suggested. Sooner the better.

FUTURE OF MIDAS IN EQUINICS
So I got an email this morning from the Equinics, After this Equinics residencies with fewer than 10 members will not be allowed to compete. We currently have 8 active members. Looks like we will need to be proactive in recruiting in the next few years. If you have friends that play try to point them our direction.

I have posted the races in the forum. Please enter your contender under the post for the race you wish to enter. I found via mobile i was only able to post 15 times a day. If your having difficulties and can try a desktop let me know. AT THIS POINT THERE IS NO DEADLINE SO FEEL FREE TO WAIT TO NOMINATE. I WILL POST DEADLINES AS SOON AS I GET THEM.
